The HL-A161C Examination Couch is designed to provide a comfortable and stable platform for patients during medical examinations, treatment, and routine clinical procedures. Its heavy-duty tubular steel frame features a thermal spraying surface treatment that provides high resistance to corrosion and supports reliable use in healthcare environments.
The two-section platform is fitted with 50mm thick high-density polyurethane foam upholstery with a density of 30kg/m³. The foam is covered with flexible artificial leather that is highly tear-resistant, anti-static, flame-retardant, disinfectant-resistant, liquid-proof, and washable, making it practical for everyday clinical use.
The backrest can be adjusted mechanically using a secured pawl, with an adjustment range of 0°–80°. When the backrest is lowered, the platform aligns to form a flat surface. A gas cylinder adjustment system is also available as an optional feature.
For stability, the couch is supported by four sturdy legs with rubber leveling feet. Retractable wheels allow the couch to be moved when required, while two wheel brakes help secure it during use.
