Product Description
The HL-A411A Hospital Trolley is designed specifically for patient transport in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare environments. Its heavy-duty tubular steel frame is treated with a thermal spraying process to provide high resistance to corrosion and support reliable long-term use.
The two-section platform is fitted with 5cm thick non-removable padded upholstery made from high-density polyurethane foam with a density of 27–33kg/m³. The upholstery is covered with flexible artificial leather that is highly tear-resistant, anti-static, flame-retardant, disinfectant-resistant, liquid-proof, and washable.
The mechanically adjustable backboard provides convenient patient positioning while supporting safe operation for both patients and healthcare staff. Collapsible side rails provide additional protection during transport and can be lowered when patient access is required.
For smooth mobility, the trolley is mounted on four swivel anti-static castors, with two equipped with brakes. Protective bumpers are fitted at all four corners to help protect the trolley and surrounding equipment during movement. A large meshed utility shelf is securely fixed to the base structure, providing convenient storage space for essential items during patient transport.
