Product Description
The B-1 Single-Crank Manual Hospital Bed is designed to provide reliable patient support and essential positioning functions for routine hospital care. Its simple single-crank mechanism allows caregivers to manually adjust the back section according to the patient’s comfort and care requirements.
The bed features a two-section mattress platform made from cold-rolled steel sheet, formed through a punching and shaping process. An anti-slip system on both sides of the platform helps provide additional patient stability. The epoxy-painted steel frame offers corrosion resistance for everyday healthcare use.
For patient protection and convenient access, the B-1 is equipped with a pair of adjustable aluminum alloy folding side rails and detachable, lockable ABS head and foot boards. Four stable steel legs are covered with rubber, and a steel shoe shelf is provided beneath the bed.
The back section can be manually adjusted from 0° to 75° using the ABS crank handle, which incorporates an overload protection system. Four ABS corner bumpers provide additional protection during movement. The bed has a maximum load capacity of 235kg.
